Due to the spread of COVID-19, we consider it necessary to take additional precautionary measures to protect the health of our employees and customers so that we can keep providing a vital service in a sustainable manner. We have made changes to the organisation of work and temporarily closed our Customer Service office.
We are here to respond the customer inquiries received through the customer information line at 6262 200 or via e-mail tvesi(at)tvesi.ee. Contracts and other documents can be dropped either in a mailbox placed next to the Customer Service office door or by electronic means. To make payments, we kindly ask to use the AS Tallinna Vesi’s self-service or to order e-bills and enter into a standing order agreement. Payments can also be made in a bank or in a payment terminal, the use of cash is temporarily not possible. We also recommend that you use our self-service client.tallinnavesi.ee.
