What is a Payment Plan?

Payment Plan allows a customer to report the water meter reading only once a year. Payments are made throughout the year based on the average consumption agreed in the Payment Plan. At the end of the billing period, the actual water meter reading is reported to correct the consumption and billing. Payment Plan suits best for a private customer who clears accounts with us based on one water meter reading. Payment Plan is also convenient for e.g. small offices. Payment Plan is signed for 12 months. Unless a new plan is arranged, the main contract will remain effective after the expiry of the Payment Plan.
Prerequisites for arranging a Payment Plan are as follows:
  • your actual water meter reading for the last month has been reported;
  • your consumption history is at least 12 months;
  • you have signed a standard contract – if there is none, we will renew the contract.
