Tallinna Vesi’s 5 Customer Promises

1. We deliver high-quality drinking water

We will respond to any issues you may have related to drinking water quality or water pressure no later than the next working day.

2 . We care for the environment around us

We will clear blockages on public sewer system within 12 hours at the latest.

3. We respond quickly to customer enquiries

We will respond to enquiries received within 3 working days.

4. We are accurate in billing

Should you have any doubts about the accuracy of your water meter, we will carry out a measuring accuracy expertise on the water meter and notify you of the results within 2 working days. In case of an inaccurate bill, we will issue a corrected bill within 3 working days at the latest.

5. We keep our agreements

In the event of planned interruptions, we will ensure the water supply by the promised time, or sooner. In case of unplanned interruptions due to emergency repair works, we will restore the water supply within 24 hours. Once an appointment has been agreed by our specialist, we will arrive in time.

Should we fail to keep any of the above promises, we will pay compensation of €20 to customers who have signed a service contract with AS Tallinna Vesi and have duly performed their contractual obligations. As a rule, the amount of compensation is set off from the consumption bill.
