Although giving a meter reading may seem like an annoying task, it benefits both the customer and the water company. Regular submission of meter readings provides all parties up-to-date information on the actual consumption at the property, helping to detect possible leakages in good time or avoid other issues in the future. It is most convenient to enter the meter readings for your property in our Self-Service because it helps to find out immediately if the given reading corresponds to your previous consumption levels.
Having considered the feedback from our customers, we have developed new functionalities in our Self-Service, now allowing Smart-ID login, mass readings entry in case of multiple consumption points and entry of readings via API, which our commercial customers have especially been looking forward to. Among other things, we have made the fulfilment of contracts and filling in applications easier and interaction on billing more convenient for our customers.
We very much welcome our customers to use Self-Service for submitting their meter readings.
