Starting from June 1, we will re–open our Customer Service office at Ädala 10. We expect customers on Mon−Thu from 8.00 to 17.00 and on Fri from 8.00 to 15.00.
We continue to be here to respond the customer inquiries received through the customer information line at 626 2200 or via e-mail tvesi(at)tvesi.ee. Also, many procedures related to contracts etc can be performed electronically. To make payments, we kindly ask to use the AS Tallinna Vesi’s self-service or to order e-bills and enter into a standing order agreement. Payments can also be made in a bank or in a payment terminal, or at our Customer Service office. We also encourage you to use our self-service to submit your water meter readings. If necessary, our customer advisers will assist you with all these procedures.
