Termination and suspension
Please submit an application to terminate or suspend (for max 2 years) the service contract.
After receiving the application, we will contact you to agree on a suitable time for dismantling the water meter and terminating the supply of the services. Based on the reading that was registered at the time of dismantling the water meter we will issue a final settlement for the service contract.
If the service contract is terminated due to the change of the owner and the new owner submits an application to continue using the services within 7 working days, then the water meter will not be dismantled nor will the water connection be closed.
