  1. Robert John Gallienne<\/strong> \u2013 Elected to the Supervisory Council of Plc Tallinna Vesi on 2nd July 2008. He has 30 years of experience in senior management positions in the water industry both in England and overseas: from 2002 to 2006 he served as the CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of Plc Tallinna Vesi; prior to this held the position of Managing Director in Sofyiska Voda; and Group Customer Services Director of Manila Water. He is a certified auditor. He does not hold any shares of Plc Tallinna Vesi.<\/li>\n
  2. Simon Roger Gardiner<\/strong> \u2013 Elected to the Supervisory Council of Plc Tallinna Vesi on 14th December 2010. He has 20 years of experience as a lawyer: since 2007 he serves as the Head of Legal Department at United Utilities Group PLC; prior to this, he held the position of Group Legal Manager at United Utilities Group PLC; and since 1994 until 1999 was an associate at Law Office Osborne Clarke Solicitors. He does not hold any shares of Plc Tallinna Vesi.<\/li>\n
  3. Mart M\u00e4gi<\/strong> \u2013 Elected to the Supervisory Council of Plc Tallinna Vesi on 23rd November 2007. He has extensive knowledge and experience in finance and business: he currently serves as CEO of Amserv Grupp; previously has held the position of Chairman of the Management Board of Plc Hansa Liising Eesti. He does not hold any shares of Plc Tallinna Vesi.<\/li>\n
  4. Rein Ratas<\/strong> \u2013 Elected to the Supervisory Council of Plc 22nd November 2007. He has held as position of Member of the Parliament; a professor at the Estonian Agricultural University in Environmental Protection Institute, and prior to that Mr. Ratas was the Permanent Undersecretary of the Environmental Ministry for 7 years. Rein Ratas has PhD in the field of biology from the University of Tartu. He does not hold any shares of AS Tallinna Vesi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
