{"id":9448,"date":"2017-11-15T14:56:57","date_gmt":"2017-11-15T12:56:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tallinnavesi.ee\/ettevote\/auditikomitee\/"},"modified":"2023-07-27T15:26:39","modified_gmt":"2023-07-27T12:26:39","slug":"auditcommittee","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/tallinnavesi.ee\/en\/ettevote\/auditcommittee\/","title":{"rendered":"Audit Committee"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Audit Committee reporting to the Supervisory Council of the Company is an independent entity aimed at:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>participating in the decision-making process on matters related to the Company;<\/li>\n<li>improving communication and cooperation between the owners, Supervisory Council, Management Board and the internal and external auditors of the Company;<\/li>\n<li>helping to make the internal audit system more effective;<\/li>\n<li>ensuring the transparency of financial reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Committee undertakes to monitor and analyse:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the processing of financial information;<\/li>\n<li>the efficiency of risk management and internal controls;<\/li>\n<li>the process of auditing of annual accounts or consolidated accounts;<\/li>\n<li>the independence of an audit firm and a sworn auditor representing a company of auditors on the basis of law and compliance of the activities thereof with the other requirements of law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The Audit Commitee consists of the following members of the Supervisory Board:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Robert Kitt<\/li>\n<li>Mart M\u00e4gi<\/li>\n<li>Gerli Kivisoo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Audit Committee reporting to the Supervisory Council of the Company is an independent entity aimed at: participating in the decision-making process on matters related to the Company;
