Mart M\u00e4gi<\/h5>\n
Member of the Supervisory Council<\/h5>\n

Mart M\u00e4gi was nominated as a candidate for a Supervisory Council member by the City of Tallinn and was elected on 01\/04\/2021. His term as a Supervisory Council member is valid until 31\/03\/2027 .<\/span><\/span>He was an independent member of AS Tallinna Vesi’s Supervisory Council in the years 2007-2017. From May 2021, Mart M\u00e4gi is the Chairman of the Management Board of Omniva (Eesti Post) and before that he had being serving as Director General of the Statistics Estonia since 2017. Mr M\u00e4gi has long-term management experience in various organisations operating in varying fields of activity in both private and public sectors. He has held the CEO position in various companies, including Amserv, Hansa Liising, PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisors, etc. Mr M\u00e4gi has an MBA from the University of Tartu. Mr M\u00e4gi owns no shares in AS Tallinna Vesi.<\/p>\n

Silver Tamm<\/h5>\n
Member of the Supervisory Council<\/h5>\n

Silver was nominated as a candidate for a Supervisory Council member of AS Tallinna Vesi by the City of Tallinn, and was elected on 13\/01\/2022. His term is valid until 13\/01\/2028. Silver Tamm is the Head of Treasury of the City of Tallinn as well as he fulfills the obligations of the Financial Director of the City of Tallinn since September 2021. Mr Tamm\u2019s service in the City of Tallinn started in 2001 as an analyst of the Treasury Department and since 2007 he serves as the head of the department. The Treasury manages among other things everything that concern taxes, involvement of long- and short- term investments and managing the financial risks, as well as has the responsibility for the preparation of the budget of the City. \u00a0Silver Tamm has a bachelors\u2019 degree from Tartu University in the field of modelling economical processes and he has developed himself in various professional and leadership programmes. Silver Tamm has not been AS Tallinna Vesi\u2019s Supervisory Council member before. Silver Tamm does not own any shares of AS Tallinna Vesi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

He has graduated from the Tallinn University of Technology with a degree in economics. Mr Koit owns no shares in AS Tallinna Vesi.<\/p>\n

Niall Patrick Mills<\/h5>\n
Member of the Supervisory Council<\/h5>\n

Niall Patrick Mills was nominated as a candidate for a Supervisory Council member by O\u00dc Utilitas and was appointed on 12\/04\/2021. His term as a member of Supervisory Council is valid until 11\/04\/2027. Niall Mills is Managing Partner of the global Infrastructure Investments business at First Sentier Investors and a member of the EDIF I, II & III and GDIF Investment Committees. Mr Mills currently sits on the boards of the companies owned by the afore-mentioned funds, including Anglian Water Group. Mr Mills holds a Master of Business Administration from London Business School, an Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Directorship, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from Sheffield Hallam University. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers. Mr Mills owns no shares in AS Tallinna Vesi.<\/p>\n

Robert Kitt<\/h5>\n
Member of the Supervisory Council<\/h5>\n

Robert Kitt was nominated as a candidate for a Supervisory Council member by O\u00dc Utilitas and was elected on 01\/04\/2021. His term as a member of Supervisory Council is valid until 31\/03\/2027.<\/span> Robert Kitt is an experienced senior executive with a long career in business since 1994. He has a significant level of experience in business and banking, incl. participation in the management of AS Swedbank, Estonian Banking Association and Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Since March 2021, Mr Kitt has been a member of the Management Board of AS Utilitas Tallinn and AS Utilitas Eesti. Mr Kitt has also contributed to developments in the field of education. He has a PhD in Physics from the Tallinn University of Technology, where he has later been serving as a Researcher and Lecturer, and since 2015 he is a member of the University Council of TalTech. Mr Kitt owns no shares in AS Tallinna Vesi.<\/p>\n

Member of the Supervisory Council<\/h5>\n

Priit Rohumaa was elected as an independent member of the Supervisory Council at the AGM of 01\/06\/2017. His term as a member of Supervisory Council was extended at the AGM of 03\/06\/2021 and is valid until 3\/06\/2027. Mr Rohumaa has many years of managerial experience in Estonian oil shale sector. He worked in Viru Keemia Grupp in a number of managerial positions: first as the Chief Financial Officer and thereafter as the Chairman of the Management Board in the years 2000-2015. Mr Rohumaa is the Chairman of the Council of Ekspress Grupp, member of the Council of Admiral Markets Group and member of the Management Board of European Business Angel Network (EBAN). Mr Rohumaa owns no shares in AS Tallinna Vesi.<\/p>\n

Member of the Supervisory Council<\/h5>\n

Gerli Kivisoo was elected as an independent member of the Supervisory Council at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 01\/06\/2023. Her term as a member of Supervisory Council is valid until 01\/06\/2026. Gerli Kivisoo is an Attorney at Law (admitted to the Estonian Bar Association in 2005), specializing in securities market law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. Ms Kivisoo holds a LLB degree in law (officially equivalent to MA) from the University of Tartu (2004). She has been acting as a legal adviser throughout her career. Since 2018, Ms Kivisoo has been the Partner and Member of the Management Board of Ellex Raidla. She has been advising, in one role or another, vast majority of Estonian issuers\u2019 initial and secondary public offerings and listings, but also worked on numerous international capital markets transactions with an Estonian element. She also acts as an official adviser of First North, an alternative market to Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange, and as a Member of the Supervisory Board of AS Ridge Capital.
