Applicable taxes are withheld from the remuneration package which is paid on monthly basis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 10px; border: 0px; color: #453838; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; text-align: justify;\">The background information and explanation for the remuneration of AS Tallinna Vesi&#8217;s Supervisory Council members<a style=\"color: #1d8bcb; outline: none;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.tallinnavesi.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Remuneration_of_Supervisory_Council_members.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">can be found here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 10px; border: 0px; color: #453838; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; text-align: justify;\">In addition, members of the Council are compensated for reasonable costs derived from their participation in Council meetings (e.g. travel expenses, accommodation costs).<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 10px; border: 0px; color: #453838; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; text-align: justify;\">Besides the above mentioned, the City of Tallinn made a proposal to include into the meeting\u00b4s agenda the removal of J\u00fcri Ratas from the Council and electing Rein Ratas as the member of the Council. This proposal received shareholders\u00b4 approval.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 10px; border: 0px; color: #453838; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; text-align: justify;\">J\u00fcri Ratas was AS Tallinna Vesi\u00b4s Council member as of April 2005. Due to J\u00fcri Ratas becoming the mayor of Tallinn, he can no longer be AS Tallinna Vesi\u00b4s Council member.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 15px; border: 0px; font-family: DINProRegular, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: normal; color: #453838; text-align: justify;\">The following decisions were made:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>With 99,99% of votes in favour to remove J\u00fcri Ratas from the Council;<\/li>\n<li>With 99,95% of votes in favour to elect Rein Ratas as the member of the Council.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 10px; border: 0px; color: #453838; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; text-align: justify;\">During the meeting were represented 14 020 213 votes out of the company\u00b4s total of 20 million votes.
