\"\"Silver Tamm was nominated by the City of Tallinn and was elected as a member of the Supervisory Council of the Company following a resolution of the Company\u2019s shareholders on 13\/01\/2022.<\/p>\n

Silver Tamm is the Financial Director of the City of Tallinn. He started working for the City of Tallinn in 2001 as an analyst in the City Treasury Department and since 2022 has been the City\u2019s Financial Director and heads the City\u2019s Financial Department. The City\u2019s Financial Department oversees the entire financial management of the City, including the City\u2019s budget process and treasury management, and organizes the accounting and financial reporting of the City and its agencies. The Financial Service also manages the City\u2019s activities in the area of \u200b\u200bpublic procurement.<\/p>\n

Silver Tamm has a bachelors\u2019 degree from Tartu University in the field of modelling economical processes and he has developed himself in various professional and leadership programmes. Silver Tamm does not own any shares of AS Tallinna Vesi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
