He has previously worked as a judge at the county court and district court and has served as the Legal Chancellor of the Republic of Estonia. Allar J\u00f5ks has the BA and MA in law from the University of Tartu. Allar J\u00f5ks is an acknowledged expert in constitutional and administrative law. Allar J\u00f5ks has been an independent member of AS Tallinna Vesi\u2019s Supervisory Council since 2013.<\/p>\n<p>He does not own any shares in AS Tallinna Vesi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Priit Rohumaa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Priit Rohumaa has been an independent member of AS Tallinna Vesi\u2019s Supervisory Council since 2017. He has many years of managerial experience in Estonia\u2019s oil shale sector. He has worked in Viru Keemia Grupp in a number of managerial roles: first as the Chief Financial Officer and as the Chairman of the Management Board in the years 2000-2015. Rohumaa is currently the Chairman of the Council of AS Eesti Raudtee (Estonian Railways) and a PhD student for Energy Policy Professorship at the Tallinn University of Technology.
